Kwaśniewski's optimal diet - plum cake recipe
Ingredients:
- 450 g plums
- sweetener (1 tablespoon dissolved in water)
- 4 thin slices of bread
- 2 tablespoons margarine
Preparation: cut the plums in half and remove the pips. Place the fruit in a saucepan, add water with dissolved sweetener and simmer until soft. Meanwhile, brush two slices of bread with margarine and then place them on the bottom of an ovenproof dish. Then spread the plums evenly. Place 2 slices of bread, cut into strips on top of the plums. Drizzle it all over with 1 teaspoon of sweetener. Set the oven to 190 degrees. Bake the cake for 30-40 minutes (until golden brown).
Kwaśniewski's optimal diet - a recipe for caraway soup
Ingredients:
- 20 grams of bacon
- 5 dag cumin
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 20 grams of vegetables (carrot, parsley, leek, onion, celery)
- 3 tablespoons of flour
- pinch of pepper and s alt to taste
- 5 slices of bread (for toasts)
Preparation: clean vegetables and bacon and put in a pot with cold water (1.5 l of water). Add the cumin and cook the stock. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a hot frying pan, then add the flour and prepare a light golden roux. Add it to the stock and bring it to a boil. Caraway soup is best served with croutons.
Kwaśniewski's optimal diet - recipe for pork knuckle in horseradish sauce hot
Ingredients:
- 1 large knuckle
- s alt
- 3 bay leaves
- 5 peppercorns
- 7 grains of allspice
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 2 heaped tablespoons of marjoram
- 1 lovage branch
Preparation: wash the pork knuckle and put it in a large pot, then pour cold water and bring to a boil. Then add all the spices and s alt (so that the water is s alty). Squeeze the garlic through the press and add to the cooking pork knuckle. Cook over very low heat until the knuckle is soft.
Horseradish sauce - ingredients
- 1/2 cups of cream 18%
- 1/2 cups of vegetable stock
- 2 teaspoons of sugar
- 2 heaped tablespoons of grated horseradish (can also be horseradish from the jar)
- s alt, white pepper to taste
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of wheat flour
- 1/3 cups of water
Preparation: Prepare a saucepan in which to melt the butter. Then add the flour, mix it, pour in the stock and bring to a boil, stirring vigorously all the time. Sprinkle the grated horseradish with lemon juice. When you decide to get horseradish from the jar, don't add lemon. S alt the cream and beat it. Then pour into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Season with s alt, sugar and white ground pepper. Finally, add the horseradish and mix it (don't boil it). Add the horseradish hot sauce to the pork knuckle.
