I have been abusing alcohol for several years. Usually it is not drunkenness, but I assume that I have a big problem with it. In the last 4 months, I have twice drunk in 4 days. Recently, I have noticed symptoms similar to the syndrome (digestive system problems, high blood pressure and pulse, "cold symptoms", and anxiety). Is it possible that what I feel now is like depression, anxiety that comes from time to time, or the evening irritation and tantrums will pass over time (when?), Should I see a doctor?
I suspect you know the answer to these questions, but it's nice to cheat you don't know what to do. Addiction to alcohol does not go away by itself, your problem only gets worse. Drinking and withdrawal symptoms are increasing. You have to see a specialist, it doesn't have to be a doctor, it can be an addiction therapist.
