I have been haunted by the fear of this phenomenon for some time. Despite the fact that I have never wandered at night, neither in childhood, in adulthood, or anyone in my family, I am terribly afraid, and the most that fear is that these fears can cause this phenomenon (I know it is impossible) and that something could to become (I read the horrors on the internet what sleepwalkers do). I constantly think about it and analyze the pros and cons. I am asking for an answer that may calm me down and let me live normally without fear.

Whoever wants to be afraid will find food on the Internet. But why look for? Your fear in front of the computer would be useful. As for sleepwalking: Unheard of, sensational stories are often told, in fact, they are usually fairly simple and non-threatening sleep behavior. A needle is made of a pitchfork. If the fears persist - they need to be treated like neurotic fears, with psychotherapy. Regards!
