According to the medical approach, sexual orientation cannot be treated because it is not a disease - it is one of the three correct sexual orientations. It is probably formed in the womb and we do not know how to change it. On the other hand, we conduct a therapy that consists in helping to accept one's orientation, coming-out (that is, revealing one's orientation to the environment). There are centers that find that orientation can be changed, usually church associations. However, I do not know any specific center that would deal with this type of treatment.
