Why are some people less and some more mentally resilient?

Some structures are actually given by nature. It is influenced by genetic baggage - what we inherited from our parents and ancestors. Then what matters is how the pregnancy proceeded - whether we were cared for or "poisoned", for example with stimulants of various types. It always leaves a mark on the psyche. And finally, how we were raised. Now there is room for our conscious work on ourselves. It is believed that every person, working on himself or with the help of a specialist, can change the quality of his life. So let's give it a try. Regards Piotr Mosak
