I have crying attacks, I don't see any positive aspects of myself. I have the impression that I cannot cope in life and that everyone is doing better than me. I have huge problems with motivation to learn and focus, I have thoughts of suicide, because it seems to me the easiest way. It is not a continuous state - it occurs 2-3 times a week. Then I come to my senses and try to fight it, but it comes back. Is it just such a period in life and everyone has such moments? How can I help myself, I can't cry all the time.

Hello! This is probably the effect of stress that you cannot understand and discharge. Perhaps a lot of it has accumulated, or perhaps some situations keep repeating itself and your reaction is still just as "unhe althy". It is difficult to say exactly, because you did not write about specific matters. Ideally, you should go to a psychologist and analyze the difficulties you face and how you react to them. These things don't happen without a reason, and something must have made you weak. But don't worry, these states are usually only temporary if you "fight" them a bit. And what's more - if you take care of the right "weapon" for the future.
