  • plan some time to relax - spend some time just for yourself and your needs, use it to read a book, go for a walk, listen to music, meditate or take a short nap
  • change your diet - try to compose nutritious, colorful meals rich in vitamins and minerals
  • don't forget about water - always have a water bottle with you
  • move - if you have little time, try, e.g. to bike to work
