Son (7 years old) pisses a lot. I cannot say how many times a day. On average, every half an hour, an hour. Even more often before falling asleep. Then he runs to the bathroom every 5 minutes. He's been out of the bathroom lately, and he says he's got wet panties. As if he hadn't "pissed". It does not depend on the amount of fluids you drink, and does not drink much. Urinalysis - OK. Please answer if this is normal. Should I do a test, see a urologist?

The described ailments are typical for functional disorders of the bladder and urethra, and result from incorrect habits of the child. First of all, you should check if your son has the right position when urinating, i.e. he does not fold back his pants and underwear, pressing the urethra at the base of the penis. Incorrect habits leading to the above disorders are also an incorrect amount of fluids, either too much or too little. It is advisable to perform an ultrasound evaluation of the organs of the urinary system and to perform the so-called urethral flow with the measurement of post-voiding retention. So you should see a specialist in these disorders.
