  • lean white cheese (100 g)
  • small tomato (50 g)
  • large cucumber (100 g)
  • 2 radishes (20 g)
  • tablespoon chopped dill
  • 2 tablespoons of yoghurt cream (20 g)

Blend all ingredients or finely chop the vegetables and mix with the cream.

1500 kcal diet: recipe for paprika casserole

Pepper casserole works well for dinner. The caloric value of the casserole is 330 kcal.

  • half a small baguette (50 g)
  • light cream cheese slice (30 g)
  • 4 slices of Sopot tenderloin (20 g)
  • small onion (20 g)
  • a piece of red pepper (60 g)

Put the ingredients on a baguette and bake. Instead of ketchup, you can use tomato paste mixed with your favorite spices.

1500 kcal diet: green pea omelette recipe

The omelette for breakfast will give you energy for the whole morning.

  • whole egg and 2 extra proteins
  • tablespoon of wheat flour (10 g)
  • 2 tablespoons of 2% milk
  • 100 g green peas (canned or frozen)
  • teaspoon of olive oil
  • s alt and pepper

Separate the yolk from the egg white. Beat all egg whites with a little s alt. Add the sifted flour, egg yolk and milk to the foam. Mix gently. In a frying pan, heat a teaspoon of olive oil and pour in the egg mixture. Put the peas on top. Fry until the omelette is solid.

Diet 1500kcal: tuna salad recipe

Bean, pea and tuna salad is an idea for a very quick, 1500 kcal diet dish.

  • half a can of red beans
  • 100 g canned green beans
  • 3 tablespoons canned green peas
  • can of tuna in gravy
  • teaspoon olive oil
  • garlic clove
  • wine vinegar
  • spices
  • 2 thin slices of wholemeal rye bread

Mix the ingredients and it's ready!

1500 kcal diet: recipe for stuffed peppers

  • 2 small peppers (300 g pitted)
  • 25 g dry buckwheat
  • medium tomato
  • half a can of tuna in its own sauce
  • teaspoon olive oil
  • a little s alt, pepper
  • fresh or dried herbs

Cut off the cap of each pepper and carefully remove the seeds from inside the pod. Mix the cooked porridge with tuna, pieces of tomato, olive oil, greens and season. Fill the peppers with the filling, wrap in foil and bake at approx. 160 degrees C for 15-20 minutes.
