I am 15 years old and have a lot of he alth problems. My skin is dry, my head hurts all the time, when I get up I feel dizzy. Sometimes I do things that I have never even thought of before. Maybe it is influenced by the fact that in the winter I walked without a hat with a gelled head? I have a hard time thinking in class, I would say I lack freshness of mind, and my memory has deteriorated. My muscles seem very tense and I cannot relax them. Maybe it's some kind of disease related to the nervous system?
1. Dry skin - it is quite common and affects many people. The factors that cause it can be divided into external and internal. Climate is one of the external factors. Windy weather in winter is especially harmful, because in addition to the wind that dries the skin, there is also the influence of negative temperatures. The above-mentioned atmospheric factors make it easy to dry the skin. Another external factor causing skin dryness is too intensely chlorinated water. 2. Headaches - there are many causes of headaches, so in this particular case the cause of the ailment should be determined by a doctor. It is advisable that you have your blood pressure tested; elevated symptoms may be accompanied by headaches. From time to time, the headaches may be symptoms of vision problems. So let's see an ophthalmologist. In winter, you should not go without a hat, because the human body loses heat very quickly and gets colds easily through the hairy scalp. 3. Dizziness - may occur when you change body position too quickly, and when blood moves from the top to the bottom. As for the effect of the hair gel, if it is a product bought in a reputable store - it should not cause headaches. If you bought the gel at the bazaar, it would be better if you throw it in the trash! 4. Thinking problems - as you mention yourself, you are in adolescence. There are many hormone changes in your body, and this can make it difficult to focus. 5. Muscle Tension - Cannot be judged over the internet. The feeling of increased muscle tension may appear in people who exercise too little, sit in front of a computer or TV all day. If you play sports and still have severe muscle tension, you should ask your GP to explain thisproblem.
