Does drinking 3 beers 3 days before the test and 2 beers about 11-12 hours before the test cause deterioration of liver results? I got ALT 57 norm 40 and AST 34 norm 45. Could this have had any impact on this test, and if it did, could it cause a large increase in the results?

You do not mention the volume of beers you drink (there are different volumes of a bottle or a can and the volume can be from 0.75 liters for 0.25 l cans to almost 2.0 l for large bottles of 0.66 l) . Since you are in the habit of drinking beer every day or very often, and your liver test results are elevated, you have to take very seriously into account that it was caused by beer. The sensitivity of different people's livers to alcohol can vary quite significantly, and there are people who are more sensitive who can damage their liver more quickly than others. The second factor that may influence liver damage is the coexistence of fatty liver. You should certainly stop consuming alcohol in any form altogether and repeat the tests after 4 weeks. It is also worth changing your diet and eating cooked, fat-free foods whenever possible. If the results improve after such a diet and not drinking beer, there is a relationship between lifestyle and liver performance. It is also worth performing other blood tests and ultrasound of the abdominal cavity to more accurately assess the condition of the liver - talk about their scope with your attending physician
