Małgorzata, when we lose weight through diet, without combining it with physical exercise, we reduce the amount of fat and muscle tissue. The body becomes flaccid and the skin is devoid of tension. So you should do aerobic exercise to burn fat, and exercise to strengthen and build muscles. Aerobic exercise such as training on a stationary bike, elliptical cross trainer, as well as walking, roller skating, outdoor cycling or swimming regulate your metabolism and burn off excess body fat. They will also protect you from the "yo-yo" effect that appears when you are on a diet. Training in the gym or fitness classes such as tbc or body pump shape the muscles, improving their appearance and tone, and influencing the appearance of the skin. Unfortunately, you did not write down how many kilograms you managed to lose. If you lost weight quickly and drastically, your skin might indeed be sagging. In addition to exercise, you can also try to support yourself with body treatments in beauty salons that work directly on the skin to firm it.
