Anna Lewandowska is a trainer who not only selects the exercises, but also the diet. In one of her entries, she offered her fans a broth - she recommends it especially to those who train hard. On Lewandowska's website, the trainer writes:
- I recommend it to athletes during increased training activity. They should remember that the first 12 hours after an exceptional effort is the most important for the body to regenerate best - the trainer wrote.
Broth is inspired by the cuisine of five transformations according to Anna Ciesielska. The recipe is surprisingly simple. First, boil 3 liters of water and put it into the pot:
- 1/2 teaspoons of thyme,
- 1/4 teaspoons turmeric,
- about 1/2 kg of good meat (beef, veal, venison),
- 3 tablespoons of unpasteurized apple cider vinegar,
- 1/2 tsp cumin.
It's important to put them in boiling water every minute.Cook everything for 1.5 hours, and then add the next ingredients:
- 3 medium carrots,
- 1 parsley,
- 1 large onion,
- celery (one stalk),
- 2 cloves of garlic,
- 1/2 teaspoons of ginger,
- pinch cayenne pepper,
- 1 bay leaf,
- 4 allspice,
- s alt to taste,
- half chicken / rooster / guinea fowl / pheasant.
The whole thing should be cooked again for 1.5 hours over low heat.
What's in the broth recommended by Lewandowska? According to the trainer, it contains a high content of nutrients, such as calcium, phosphorus and potassium. The broth also contains collagen.
