I am diagnosed with anorexia and need to gain weight. I am 15 years old with a height of 164 I currently weigh 40.5 kg. I am under the constant care of my parents, psychologists and a pediatrician. I know I should gain weight, but I still struggle with it. My mom pushes huge amounts of food into me. It seems to be way too much. How many calories should I provide myself per day? How to gain weight he althily? What should my meals look like? Can I do PE? Please, suggest menus.

Generalassumptions of a diet that allows you to gain weighta few kilos are the same as the principles of rational nutrition:

- eat 4-5 meals a day, regularly every 3-4 hours, preferably at the same time

- to stimulate the appetite, drink a glass of juice before a meal;

- eat fruit and vegetables every day;

- avoid junk food, fried and fatty foods that are unhe althy and stay in your stomach for a long time;

- give up carbonated drinks and very spicy spices that irritate the stomach;

- after a hearty meal, allow yourself to rest for half an hour (e.g. a nap).

In your daily diet, first of all include carbohydrates (white bread, cereals, pasta, noodles). Your daily menu must contain about 2500-3500 kcal, half of which should be carbohydrates. Their excess is easily transformed into adipose tissue.

I breakfast4 tablespoons of muesli with raisins and nuts, a glass of 3.5% milk, a slice of brown bread with a slice of ham, 6 radishes, a glass of tea or coffee.

2nd breakfasta package of Bieluch cheese with a spoon of chives, a large tomato, 2 slices of white bread, a glass of fruit tea.

Luncha glass of pure tomato soup with noodles and parsley, 3 potatoes with a tablespoon of dill, a slice of roast beef (150 g), carrot salad, half of celery, apples with a teaspoon of oil sunflower seeds, low-s alt cucumber, a glass of cherry compote.

Afternoon teaa glass of natural yoghurt, a glass of frozen raspberries, a few biscuits.

Dinner2 fried eggs on a slice of sausage with a spoon of chives, 2 slices of brown bread with butter, salad of tomato, pepper, half an onion, a glass of tea with lemon.
