Piloxing is a combination of standing pilates, boxing and dancing. American women, including Hollywood stars, have already loved this new trend in fitness. Perhaps because, as the author of the training, Viveca Jensen, argues, piloxing allows you to take care not only of the body, but also of the spiritual sphere, as it gives inner strength and a sense of femininity. What is piloxing and what are the effects of exercise?
Piloxingis a combination of standing pilates, boxing and dancing, i.e. sets of exercises that differ radically from each other. However, as the author of piloxing, a Swedish fitness instructor and at the same time a dancer and boxing trainer - Viveca Jensen - convinces - there is a method in this madness.
Boxing, dancing and pilates exercises, performed one after another and without interruption, not only help to "sculpt" a beautiful body, but also strengthen mentally, give inner strength and a sense of femininity. No wonder that Hollywood stars such as Hilary Duff, Vanessa Hudgens and Kirsten Dunst love piloxing.

Piloxing - how to train?
It's worth exercising barefoot - it will help you feel more stable and force your legs to work harder. It is best to train piloxing 3-4 times a week, 30 minutes a day - this is enough to mobilize the body to burn fat and the muscles to improve firmness.
As part of the warm-up, you should run in place for a few minutes, jump rope or perform jumping ropes. The creator of piloxing recommends using special weight-bearing gloves that support the work of the circulatory system and modeling the arms, or hold light dumbbells (0.5 kg each) in your hands. If you don't have dumbbells, you can use a 0.5 liter water bottle. You can also practice without them. Additionally, all exercises in low positions can be performed comfortably on a yoga mat, a thick towel or on a carpet.
