I was recently diagnosed with lactose intolerance. For a year now, I have been trying to avoid products that contain lactose. I don't quite manage it, because I don't know what to eat and what not to eat due to the dairy-free diet recommended for me.
As the name of the diet suggests - you cannot eat milk or milk products (cheese, yoghurt, kefir, ice cream, puddings). You can eat fruit, vegetables, meat, fish and grain products.
