For several years I have felt pain in my right testicle, i.e. in the scrotum. I noticed that there are some small veins, glutes, I don't know what to call it. It hurts when I touch, it hurts when I put my knee on my knee, it hurts when I'm wearing tight pants. A few years ago, I applied a bit of heavy stuff at work. I think to myself that it must have started to hurt me since then, I am more and more sure of it. What could it be?
The ailments you describe are not very typical. The testicle located in the scrotum is joined by the spermatic cord containing the venous and lymphatic vessels, arteries, and the vas deferens. In addition, the epididymis adjoins the testicle, which may contain cysts, varicoceles are also possible. Of course, there are various diseases of these organs, but their course is different from what you describe. Most likely, as a result of compression, the vessels or the structures of the spermatic cord are compressed and compressed, which causes the aforementioned ailments. If these symptoms bother you, I suggest you undergo an ultrasound examination and see a doctor.
