I'm 25 years old. For the last few years my feet have been swollen, the left one more. It's okay in the morning, but unfortunately during the day they swell more and more, in such heat as now, they hurt. I have done thousands of tests and the doctor has found that this is my charm. Could it be that they simply fluff for no reason? I heard it could be from the heart if it was possible. When I asked my doctor, he said without any tests that my heart was he althy (once during the ECG test, the doctor asked if my heart was always beating so slowly).

It's not from the heart. There would have to be a great deal of heart failure for the limbs to be swollen, and there would be symmetrical swelling. Most likely, the "swelling" is caused by venous insufficiency. I suggest you start taking diosmin preparations available at the pharmacy without a prescription.
