The daughter works a lot at the computer. Recently, she noticed that on contact with metal objects, she just shoots (I don't know what to name it exactly) as if the electric shock would shock her. I think it is from the computer is irradiated, what should it do? Her head and eyes hurt too.

Pain in the head and eyes can have many causes, but it can also mean too much work at the computer. During work, let's not forget about a few-minute breaks to relax tense muscles. The eyes rest when they look at the green color. It can be a painting that depicts a meadow, a wall painted green, or a flower. We sit at the computer in such a way as to minimize the stress on the cervical and spine. The head should be comfortable looking straight at the monitor without leaning forward unnecessarily. Set the keyboard so that it gives the least possible fatigue during the work of the shoulder or hand. The chair on which we sit should force the posture so that the spine and cervical vertebrae are straightened but not strained. So we sit on the edge of a chair or armchair with our feet on the ground. This posture will allow you to feel the upcoming spine fatigue. It is a good idea to take a break then and do a few light exercises. Such as: stretching your arms to the side and gently moving your head to the right, left, up and down, slightly rocking your head or just walking around the room. When we dress in materials made of artificial fibers, the result is static electricity and the so-called "shooting" when we touch an object. Nothing terrible is happening here and it does not affect your he alth. Not only the computer but also other devices with which we have contact (TV set, cell phone, microwave oven, electric wires) affect us whether we like it or not by emitting our radiation. When we dress in materials made of natural fibers, we will not be so "electrified". We should avoid carrying a mobile phone around the kidneys, heart and reproductive organs, as excess radiation may weaken their work. In the room we are staying, we do not leave the TV or other devices on the so-called standby. Let's put on any devices, shells, chestnuts or appropriate screens that will minimize the impact of harmful radiation on the body.
