For 3 years I have had a terrible itching of the body, especially in winter, but usually only when I go from cold to heat. My torso itches the most, but also my thighs and temples. My skin feels like it's burning and not breathing. Sometimes these symptoms also appear when I go faster when the sun is shining. Red patches appear on the skin, but as soon as I cool down - they disappear. I avoid cycling, skiing and playing football because that's when it gets me too. What is it caused by? Who can help me?

Everything that happens on our way of life is the result of our mind's work, the process of reacting to events and, of course, the result of nourishing our body. Vigorously, it is like your body is prompting you to take care of something more carefully. Maybe you feel neglected, you need closeness and contact with other people? What does this situation force you to do? You have to analyze and capture the moment that causes you the ailments you describe. Maybe they are based on your psyche? So check it out and make a note of what you think about when you walk into the store? Are the impressions nice? What upsets you or makes you feel uncomfortable? After how long do you get "unpleasant", what is the thought that precedes this event? Following this lead, itching forces us to reflect and analyze, accept our feelings or opinions - which we hide somewhere deeply. It's all based on your feelings and feelings. There are many questions here, but each of them is important, because the situations you encounter can cause these ailments. Also think about it and check in what water and powder you wash your clothes, what soap do you use for washing, what water is flowing from the tap? Also analyze what and where do you eat, what drinks you drink, what spices do you use (maybe too spicy)? Does eating your meals take place calmly? Do you eat something on the fly and don't even know what you've eaten? Get blood tests, liver tests. Seek advice from a dermatologist - allergy tests would be very useful. However, try to control us with your thoughts. First of all, do not close yourself in the four walls of your room, play sports and enjoy life, then these ailments will disappear and life will be beautiful again.
