I have a ganglion (that's what the orthopedist called it) on my knee. He advises me to remove the cyst surgically. Is there any other - conservative method of getting rid of a ganglion? Have you encountered a similar case?
Changes in joint capsules or tendons occur when they are heavily overloaded. So you have to be careful that the weight you are lifting or carrying is evenly distributed. This also applies to any strength exercises. Being overweight puts hamstrings under strain and can have a significant effect on the knees. So maintaining the correct weight is essential. So let's eat low-calorie products and those in which collagen is contained (jellies, berries), everything that contains gelatin. The cyst is not a dangerous lesion but located on the knee it is "uncomfortable" because it restricts the freedom of movement which leads to injuries which are quite painful. It can be treated by applying local pressure, puncture that sucks the contents of the cyst, or finally undergoing surgery. It is important that the chosen method is adequate to the size of the cyst. Then, an energotherapist using unconventional medicine will stabilize the body's immune system, which will allow for faster recovery.
