The doctor diagnosed me with an injury - tennis elbow. I am after two blockages, the pain has subsided for a moment but has come back again. What to do next?
Pain in your elbow can have many causes, such as: If your arm is incorrectly positioned while working at the computer. Long-term inflammation and sometimes in a different part of the body that at first glance has nothing to do with the elbow - for example, gingivitis and many other factors that can affect the condition of the elbow. It is worth taking advantage of rehabilitation and appropriate gymnastics, which not only covers the elbow, but also takes care of the entire spine. The use of cryotherapy can provide relief and reduce pain. Alternative medicine recommends, among other things, applying magnets, magnetic foil or mustard seeds to the sore spot. Such action increases the blood supply to the tissues in the sore spot, and thus reduces the feeling of discomfort. You can buy St. John's wort (red) oil or bee venom ointment that are anti-inflammatory at the pharmacy. Rub this oil into the affected area several times a day. You can put an ice cube on the irritated dishes for a few moments to “calm them down” and close them. Reduction of discomfort and perceived pain by the use of acupuncture, acupressure or homeopathy may take place only after some time of their use. So let's be systematic and patient. It is absolutely essential to avoid overloading your shoulders or elbows. When we work at the computer, try to take frequent breaks to relax the entire forearm and elbow muscles. We lower the arm along the body and gently shake the hand to feel the muscles relax. The use of certain acupressure points can also bring relief and positive results. So let's buy a book called "Hand acupressure" and when we find the right points, press them systematically. It is also worth systematically and patiently performing the recommended exercises, which will certainly result in improved he alth. There is really no one cure for any given condition. Prophylaxis is very important here because overloading the joint will increase the pain.
