I weigh 55 kg with a height of 1.85 cm. I lost a lot of weight for over a year. School, physical activity, stress related to the session, and I stopped eating sweets and other junk food. I started to eat wholesome meals (groats, rice, brown bread, etc.). Now I want to gain weight, but I am afraid that I might have an abdomen, etc. I have constant thoughts about food (what will I eat, when and what time), I really like talking about it and reading recipes. I read a lot about the composition of the product and if I don't like something, I put it away. I will add that I eat normally, I just look at what I eat. Sometimes I want to eat something sweet or a pizza, but don't do it for fear of my belly. What should I do next? Maybe there is some way to slowly introduce sweets and these types of products into the diet so that there are no "side effects", because sometimes I am afraid to eat even a banana because it has a lot of sugar, although I know that it is he althy. Sometimes I have thoughts that my body has become used to such delicacies and when I start to eat them it will "go crazy" and it will quickly turn into adipose tissue.

Your obsession with food and a he althy lifestyle worries me a lot. Also your very low weight. I believe that these are eating disorders and I recommend that you contact a specialist doctor (psychiatrist) as soon as possible in order to diagnose your disorder.
