I have a big problem. The point is, I'm still jealous of my boyfriend. Today he even told me that he was fed up with bans. I pick on everything, my neighbors and strangers, e.g. in the store. I'm even angry when there's an interesting woman on TV. I cannot control it and although I know that it may end badly and that I have unnecessary grudges, I am still angry and jealous. Please tell me what is happening to me?
You need to ask yourself one important question (maybe two). Is this jealousy according to lady legitimate? If so then. what has happened that you are not coping with jealousy these days? If there is no such reason and your partner has never cheated on you with another woman, it must be those fears, the fears of the past. I just guess. Maybe your parents broke up, because one of them betrayed you, maybe someone abandoned you for another one day, or you betrayed you and now you are afraid that the situation will only repeat on the other side. These fears may also result from your low self-esteem as a woman and partner. It is important that you look and analyze your love and family life, because such behaviors have their roots in the past. Give your partner some freedom, because if you continue to do so, you will discourage him from happening. Conflicts, blame, self-pity and hostility will arise. You don't want to lose him, do you? I think that a consultation with a psychologist would be advisable in your case only to lay down your life and start it all over again without burden and fear. I think that working on self-esteem will be the key to solving your problem here.
