I would like to know if a weak heart rate (this is what I have) has an impact on a person's personality type. Could I become a little happier melancholy thanks to the medications prescribed by a psychiatrist? I don't want to be addicted to coffee. Maybe there are medicines that stimulate the heart rate and the nervous system and increase the quality of life of a person whose pulse is barely perceptible, and therefore he does not feel like anything …

These are two different things that don't have much in common. First, "heart rate". I don't know what you understand by that. There are people with a hardly perceptible pulse because it is difficult to sense the pulse due to the anatomical structure or it depends on the low blood pressure. This, in turn, can be congenital and usually does not require treatment (and if so, at the cardiologist). Melancholy or depressed mood is another disorder and occurs in people with both high and low blood pressure. Antidepressants can alter blood pressure, cause temporary drops (for example when getting out of bed) or spikes in blood pressure - but they are not used to correct the blood pressure. If "you don't want anything", then the reason is not a barely perceptible pulse. I suggest you talk about your problems with a cardiologist and a psychiatrist to clarify these matters.
