I'm 24 years old, I'm a policewoman. Often, for trivial reasons, I fall into an attack of anger - I shout loudly, use vulgar words, insult my husband, cry sometimes, walk around the apartment, often I even push my husband and beat his face. Such an attack usually passes me either after a few minutes or several hours. Then I'm tired, I realize what I've done. I am afraid that when I am at work and a detainee will make me angry, I will behave as I described it above. He wants to see a doctor, but I wonder if that's just my hard nature.

Whether it's character or not - it is worth going to a psychiatrist, possibly having an EEG test or a brain scan. Such uncontrolled impulses and behaviors can be suppressed with certain medications (prescription only). It is worth trying and not be afraid that due to such behavior you will be exposed to something at work. Now this threat is much greater.
