Can you heal your depression symptoms yourself?
As a rule, every depression ends sometime. Improvement does not have to result from treatment, it can be spontaneous (and we think the doctor helped, the drug, or we helped ourselves). It is also important what depression is. If it stems from life problems, then we will heal ourselves by solving these problems. If it is seasonal - it passes after this period. My guess is that you have depression either alone or in your surroundings. If it is really a more clearly depressed mood and activity, takes away the joy of life and the possibility of normal functioning, then I advise you not to stop at self-help (e.g. based on various guides, which have been published in a lot), but to seek the help of a psychiatrist. Prolonged sadness harms a person more than taking antidepressants. The newer ones are really not very toxic. Regards!
