He recently took 10 sleeping pills again. He said he wanted to get the attention of those around him. He's sad, depressed, says he's scared because I'm pregnant with him now. Could he be depressed? Do I need to see a doctor and take medications? I am a little afraid of the future with him, can he be cured?
He is sad, depressed, maybe frightened that he has become the father of a child, tries to kill himself (this is a serious matter, even if it was only about "getting attention") - everything indicates depression and the need to see a doctor. I would advise you to decide whether or not to be related to your child's father not to be dependent on his current mood. Depression can be treated, and even without treatment it passes by itself after a while, everyone can develop it, including you. There are a few other important criteria to consider. Regards!
