My penis is 10.5 cm and I have the impression that my wife has just left me because of my small size. I would like to enlarge it a bit, but the opinions on the forums are so different that I don't know what to grab. How to effectively enlarge my penis, even by 2 cm? I would like to start my life over, but I'm afraid it will end up in divorce again.

From the point of view of the physiology of sexual contact, penis size is not a problem as the average length of the vagina is 8 cm. The structure of the female vagina is such that, thanks to the arrangement of elastic fibers, it adjusts to the size of the penis under the influence of excitement. Many men find that a large penis is better at satisfying their partner during intercourse. However, it should be remembered that the satisfaction achieved at the moment of intercourse is not the result of copulation itself, but the excitement of both partners. In numerous studies conducted in the USA, women with unsuccessful erotic life in their marriage completed surveys about their sex and placed penis size as a problem at a very remote place. Too large penis may be a bigger problem - then women complain of pain and discomfort during intercourse. The size of the penis in rest and erection is determined by anatomical predispositions. It is not possible to increase the volume of the cavernous bodies thanks to exercise or the use of gels or creams.

At the outset, it should be emphasized that none of the following methods or substances has proven effectiveness in any scientific study and that in the USA the FDA has not registered any pharmacological agent for penis enlargement. The described satisfactory effects of penis enlargement result from the placebo effect (placebo - a chemical agent that has no biological function, its action is based on faith in its power of action), manipulation of data and opinions issued by manufacturers of these drugs. For a temporary "enlargement" of the penis, you can try to use a vacuum pump bought in a sex shop. Thanks to its application, blood is sucked into the cavernous bodies more strongly. However, this method does not give impressive results. According to the current state of knowledge, there is no possibility of inoperable penis enlargement. Currently available surgical methods are the removal of hair and excess skin and fatfrom the genital area, which visually improves the size of the penis. Another method currently in the research phase is the implantation of fat into the corpus cavernosum. There are also treatments that involve loosening the ligaments, which causes the penis to slide outwards. A large part of it is inside the body. Such a procedure gives about 2 cm more in length. Then, for several months, the penis is stretched with the help of special devices, the so-called extenders. However, this method is associated with the risk of postoperative erectile dysfunction. If, after all, you are considering surgery, then only in professional clinics that specialize in this type of surgery.
