A family has recently moved in near my house. They have two children, a boy and a girl. The boy is older than me and he intimidates me. When I go to school in the morning, he also goes out and demands money from me, but I don't give him money. Once he was riding a bicycle and he took my cap off my head and threw it on the street. What should I do? I am afraid of him …

Hello Peter! Such matters should be disclosed as soon as possible so that no misfortune occurs. If that boy is intimidating you, he may be doing the same to others. What if he starts beating for extortion? Be sure to tell your parents about this. They will inform his school. They can also report the matter to the police and the press. A sixteen-year-old boy is subject to the law, and extortion and bullying are punishable by law. You cannot live in constant fear. Adults have a duty to protect you and ensure your safety, and they have a duty to take care of him so that he does not become a bandit. I don't know what kind of boy this is, what family he has. If they are decent people, sometimes it is enough for parents to talk to each other. It happens that boys behave this way for "sport" or for drawing attention to themselves. Then it is enough to make them aware of what they are doing, forgive them and propose a different form of contact with the environment. I encourage you once again: do not be afraid of the truth and ask adults for help and protection. If you don't, he will feel unpunished. Regards. B.
