What is the Gerson therapy?

The basis of the Gerson diet is fresh juices, squeezed from organic vegetables and fruits, and a coffee enema. As the doctor argues, the nutrients contained in freshly squeezed juices break down diseased tissues, including cancerous tumors. In turn, the enema removes the toxins accumulated in the body from the liver. Most importantly, however, thanks to the enema, the decaying tumor is flushed out of the body immediately, which protects the body from metastasis.

Dr. Gerson's therapy - coffee enema necessary element of Gerson's diet

An important part of Dr. Gerson's therapy is three to five coffee enemas a day. According to Dr. Gerson, coffee enemas include supports the secretion of bile, dilates the bile ducts and flushes out the accumulated poisons along with the bile. Otherwise, the cleansing body may not be able to keep up with the excretion of harmful toxins, plaque or a disintegrating tumor, which could result in hepatic coma and even, as Dr. Gerson warns, life-threatening self-poisoning.

To prepare one enema, you need 3 heaped tablespoons of ground coffee and 1 liter of water. Coffee should be poured into boiling water, then stirred and brought to a boil. Then set aside to infuse for 15-20 minutes. After cooling it, strain it through the cloth. The prepared fluid is ready for the enema.
