From the 14th day, we begin to gradually introduce a normal diet
Bread with cheese or egg in the morning, muesli with yoghurt and dried fruit, cooked meat or fish with vegetables for lunch, vegetables with pasta (whole grain) or fruit for dinner. Food should be easily digestible, preferably cooked, throughout the week. In the following weeks, we return to the normal diet, remembering, however, that it should be in line with the nutrition pyramid, i.e. its basis should be vegetables and fruit as well as whole grain products. We can eat meat and legumes several times a week. We remember about the daily, but small dose of dairy products - preferably kefir, yogurt or buttermilk. We avoid sweets and replace them with dried fruit.
