The dermatologist said that I have mixed couperose skin. I have already used many different creams for combination skin, but they usually leave me feeling very dry and tight.
Sensitive skin prone to redness is very difficult. First of all, you should avoid factors causing vasodilation, such as: temperature change, ultraviolet (sun and solarium), high temperatures (sauna), irritating cosmetics, mechanical peels, alcohol, etc. It is necessary to use special series of cosmetics intended for the care of vascular skin, they include, among others the following ingredients: vitamin C, K, silicon, sea algae, Japanese ginkgo, yarrow, mountain arnica, horse chestnut, calendula, etc. In more advanced cases, it is recommended to perform professional cosmetic or medical procedures (e.g. treatment with an IPL device).
