Doctor, I have allergic skin hypersensitivity, which was diagnosed by a dermatologist after he found out from me that I took a hot bath during a nut allergy. Only then did I learn that allergy sufferers are not allowed to take hot baths because this is how it can end. Since this bath, the skin is very sensitive to touch, it hurts, stings, burns, it also itches at the beginning, all the sensations intensify when warming up, but it is completely clean, there is absolutely nothing on it, no redness, not even the smallest pimple. My condition at the beginning of my illness was very difficult, so severe that I was unable to put on my clothes. The doctor who visited me at home recommended zenaro and atarax, which I took for over a year without any success. During this year, I also took doxepin for several months, and also with no effects. I stopped taking these drugs. I have been using Fenistil antihistamine gel for about 9 months and I can see a lot of improvement, but it is still a long way to fully heal. It is estimated that about 50% of the disease has resolved. Since the time of this disease, I have not left the house, which is why I care so much to speed up recovery. Incidentally, I take vit. C, A + E, B, zinc, magnesium, iron, oeparol, for a month Fenistil in drops and again zenaro. What else can be used to hasten recovery? Would an ointment with a high cholesterol content, e.g. 50%, be helpful, or maybe other stronger steroids would be appropriate, or are there drugs that are more effective than zenaro? What about protopic ointment? I would like to add that I have not had any food or contact allergies for a long time. Once, the tests showed me a dust allergy, and only this one, but I hardly notice the symptoms. I will not hide that my dermatologist's suggestions have already been exhausted and that is why I am looking for advice from others. I am asking for any suggestion, even one that requires a prescription drug. Thank you very much in advance for your answer. Regards

Unfortunately, the problem described by you is very complex, therefore, in order to establish the appropriate diagnostic and therapeutic procedure, it is necessary to perform a dermatological examination.
