I am 23 years old, weigh 65 kg and am about 172 cm tall. I believe that I weigh too much, i.e. I would like to weigh around 58 kg. For a month now, I was running for about 1 hour every day, but it turned out that instead of losing weight, I gained 2-3 kg and stopped running. I tried to limit my food and refused to eat sweets. My figure is pear-shaped, I have cellulite problems in my hips, thighs and belly. What can I do to quickly combat this cellulite?

Hello Mrs. BMI is normal. It is 21.97 kg / m2. However, in fact, BMI is not a reliable indicator, so it would be best if you do a body composition analysis. Thanks to this, you would find out how much body fat you need to lose. When it comes to training and weight gain - it could be the effect of changing body components. Ie adipose tissue that is lighter has been turned into a heavier muscle tank. If this is your case, your weight may have increased, but your body circumference should have decreased. When it comes to cellulite, it is quite difficult to get quick results. You have not written what stage of cellulite is. The best solution is to combine several methods: diet, exercise, body treatments (e.g. lymphatic drainage or needleless mesotherapy with phosphatidylcholine). In terms of diet, the most important thing is to reduce the amount of mineral water, caffeine, fatty and fat-fried dishes, acid-generating products (meat, sweets, highly refined grain products), simple carbohydrates (table sugar, sweets, sweetened fruit juices, etc.) ) and s alt-rich foods. On the other hand, products rich in dietary fiber and antioxidants are helpful in combating cellulite. Vegetables, fruit (up to 300g due to the high amount of fructose), whole grain products: wholemeal bread with grains, wholemeal pasta, thick groats.
