Hello. For several years I have had noise from nowhere - (heartbeat) in my right ear, which I feel most in the evenings when it is quiet. In addition, there is pressure in the temples that is felt most with nervousness or excitement, which later disappears and remains to a small extent. My blood pressure is on average 130/80 on the left hand, but on the right hand it is almost always higher, at 140 / 85-90. I would also like to add that my average heart rate is 85 bpm and it rarely goes down. I'm 35 years old. Regards.
It is possible that your symptoms could be the result of a high blood pressure. However, an ultrasound with a Doppler of the right and left subclavian artery should be performed in order to exclude stenosis.
