Hello! For several years I have had frequent heart palpitations, but recently my heart seems to stop at times, it literally "stumbles", it is quite felt and it worries me if it may stop for longer.
Please don't worry, it won't stop. They are the so-called post-extrasystolic pauses. A Holter ECG test should be performed and treatment initiated based on the test.
