I am 36 years old and have a problem with low blood pressure. I have headaches, feel weak and my arms and legs are trembling, it's hard to catch my breath at night. Test results: ECG and sugar level are fine, only pressure e.g. 70/40. I am taking medicine to raise my blood pressure, it has increased a bit, but my heart rate has also increased to 90. My left hand is numb and it seems to be less efficient. What to do?

Unfortunately, there is no good medicine for increasing blood pressure. Medicines have their own side effects (increased heart rate). I think it's best to do without them. Exercise would be the best for increasing blood pressure. However, if you do not tolerate low RR values, I suggest you visit a cardiologist.
