Hello, for several years I have had a problem with expressing myself, i.e. I do not know what words to put my thought into in order to make a correct and meaningful statement. I can't talk freely to someone. When I say something, I pause for a few seconds in a sentence to give me time to think about the next words. How to deal with it?
It is a pity that you give so little information. It is about age, interests, type of work, but also the details of the problem: when does what was described happen, in a communication situation with everyone or only with selected people, is it stressed, what type of words are most often "lost"? Based on the letter, I can only recommend training in talking to myself, e.g. in front of a mirror on any topic, as much as possible reading texts aloud and consulting a psychologist.
