Referring to the subject of the dental service complaint, please help me. I am aware that I have the option to advertise a filling that has fallen out after the procedure for no longer than 1 year (in my case it is 5 teeth). However, I read that documentation of the procedure had to be prepared in order to be able to ask for a correction. During the visit, I did not notice the doctor taking any notes. I was also interested in the fact that I asked for 5 "white" seals, for which I should pay PLN 500, while I was canceled for PLN 400. During the procedure, I was employed and had insurance, and my employer was saving contributions. To sum up, can I register with a doctor at the moment and request treatment for free?
Preparation of medical records during the visit is a medical obligation.The right to access medical records is granted to the patient pursuant to Art. 23 sec. 1 of the Act of November 6, 2008on the rights of the patient and the Patient's Rights Ombudsman (Journal of Laws of 2012, item 159). It is related to the patient's right to information under Art. 9 of the same act. Complaints should be resolved by the National He alth Fund, to which you should report this inquiry. If the service was provided by a private practice, you can additionally contact the Consumer Ombudsman, who will help you pursue the warranty obligation.
