I have been suffering from them for 2 weeks. Pain usually occurs in the morning and sometimes in the evening. Could morning coffee be the cause? Or maybe my blood pressure is too high?

The described headaches are characteristic of elevated blood pressure - the time of occurrence and location suggest such an assumption. You should measure your blood pressure at home. There are several rules regarding the measuring equipment used and the conditions of the measurement itself that must be followed in order for the measurements to be reliable. Use devices with a cuff that fits over the frame. Wrist-based cameras are not recommendable. If the person has the correct weight and his arm circumference does not exceed 32 cm, the standard cuff may be used. For people with a larger arm circumference, special large cuffs should be used. If the standard cuff is used in obese people, then the measurements are artificially inflated. During the measurement, you should be seated, your back should be supported and your feet resting on the floor, the hand on which you measure the pressure should be level with your heart. Measurements should always be recorded in a special notebook and grouped according to the following criteria: 1. measurements taken in the morning on an empty stomach, after urinating (an overfilled bladder increases pressure!) - they show the level of hypertension and in people taking hypertension pills, the effectiveness of treatment. This measurement shows if the pills are lowering blood pressure around the clock. 2. measurements taken in the afternoon - they show how our body reacts with pressure to the hardships of everyday life. 3. measurements taken during ailments - show whether there is a relationship between the ailment and hypertension. In home measurements, our values should not be greater than 120/80 mmHg. Many years of observations of American life insurance companies have shown that we live longer under such pressure. So I encourage you to systematically measure blood pressure - it is a very recommendable method of self-monitoring of he alth.
