I am 26 years old, I am in my second pregnancy. The first one was born by the forces of nature and everything is fine. Now I'm in the 7th week of the second. In the 6th week I had a heavy bleeding, went to the ER and the doctor said that I had a large hematoma and little chance of delivering a pregnancy, prescribed lutein and ordered to spare and come for a checkup within 7 days. As it was holidays, I showed up after 3 days and the second doctor said that I had a miscarriage and that the embryo was gone, he told me to go to the hospital to give me pills so that I would "cleanse myself", he set a date. Of course, I showed up on the appointed date and due to the fact that I did not have any tests or ultrasound, the doctor gave me an ultrasound and what was my and everyone's surprise when the heart beat and the embryo was there. So clearly the doctor who found the miscarriage made a mistake. I will file a complaint against him and would like to know if there are any consequences? After all, if the doctor had not given me an ultrasound, they would have given me drugs and had my baby removed.

It is worth contacting the Patient's Rights Ombudsman and informing the District Medical Chamber about the incident. It is also worth gathering medical records on this matter and seeking the opinion of another specialist in the field of gynecology and obstetrics. The issue of malpractice should be investigated by the Regional Medical Chamber.
