I have been suffering from nausea, lack of appetite and even anorexia for over a year. After performing various tests, it was found that I was completely he althy, and my symptoms were getting worse day by day. The neurologist found a neurosis which manifests itself in this way. So I take antidepressants, which make me feel much better and can eat normally with an appetite. Nevertheless, the problem persists. I realize that these pills will have to be discontinued someday, and I want to live a normal life - as I used to. Can sessions with an energotherapist help? Is there a chance that "something" in my subconscious mind will switch to normal / old mode?
Hello,
When we have a problem related to neurosis, the powders are really just a "prosthesis" that will have to be put aside sooner or later. In the first phase, they help to calm your thoughts and strengthen your will and strength to act. Not only energy sessions with an energotherapist help in recovery, but also acupuncture, acupressure, which you can do yourself, aromatherapy, music therapy, talks with a therapist and all forms of rest, which are dominated by intense movement. You can start with walking, swimming, cycling, dancing and many other techniques that may be closer to your psyche, and which I have not mentioned. Self-healing plays an important role as it is the beginning of a change for the better. Taking care of yourself and your well-being will quickly bring positive results in your recovery. You can start from the very morning, after waking up while lying in bed, repeat aloud or in your mind one of the affirmations: "This day is the most beautiful day in my life", "I feel safe and loved", "I am surrounded by inner peace", "I am the mistress of my life." So prepared for the beginning of the day, we can boldly face it. Of course, negative thoughts may appear during the day - it is good then to remember one of the affirmations, have it written on a piece of paper and repeat it until the feeling of discomfort disappears. When we control our thoughts and believe what we say, we consciously influence our well-being, and thus the state of our body. So let's pay attention to what we say to ourselves and throw out all negative statements. Let's look deeper into ourselves and see ifdo we have self-esteem? Do we love each other as we are? When we look in the mirror, do we say: "How terrible do I look?" And we really look terrible. Good and cheerful thoughts build a body full of grace, harmony and elasticity, it allows us to eliminate all diseases. Having a feeling of love and self-worth, you will take care of yourself with greater care. Your he alth. Consciously giving your thoughts moments of joy, which you can have at any moment. Just look out the window and see the trees full of colorful leaves, the sun dancing on the grass and think how beautiful it is! It is a significant moment for the mind that can breathe and rest. Each such thought will allow you to gain inner strength that will help in rebuilding yourself. Changing eating habits and supplying the body with appropriate vitamins will reduce its tension, calm thoughts. Please start immediately, because it is a waste of time to reflect on what was and is no longer important. You have to think about what is the most important in your life right now? When you get the answer, please e put off realization until tomorrow, but do it now right now.
Regards
