I have been suffering from type 1 diabetes for over 10 years. I used to have no major problems with maintaining good sugar results, but recently I have had a lot of problems with it. I cannot correct it, and at the same time I would not like to gain weight due to the increase in insulin. Please help!

Hello,
Exercising, exercising outdoors, cycling, walking or gardening is good for keeping your blood sugar levels he althy. Because the better the physical condition, the less insulin will be injected. Maintaining physical condition applies not only to overweight people, but also to slim people. It is a good idea to consult a dietitian who will set the right diet for you to consume the right amount of carbohydrates, fats or proteins that are needed to maintain good insulin levels. This does not release us from paying close attention to what we eat or drink, carefully analyzing the amount of beneficial ingredients in a given food. Regular eating, reducing sugar consumption, paying attention to what is written on food products (labels) and analyzing this content has a significant impact on maintaining the balance inside the body. Each meal should be varied and its consumption should be done in a calm manner so that the body can slowly release glucose into the blood. There is no other way than counting calories or appropriate ratios as well as consistency and persistence in using the right diet. All of this should eventually stabilize blood sugar levels. Mental state is not without significance, stress, rush, lack of adequate amount of sleep can wash out vitamins (D, E, chromium) needed to maintain good blood sugar level. Let's try to master a few relaxation techniques (yoga, autogenic training, special breaths) that will help you relax your body and mind. You can look around the herbs and choose the one that will support us. For example, the fruit bitter melon is an Asian remedy for diabetes and is very good at determining sugar levels. The fruit must be mixed in a juicer with a little water and drunk. Then a herb called gurmar (capsules) that helps the pancreas work, which can rebuild its cells quickly. Cinnamon, known to all (burns blood sugar), which when mixed with water, copes well with our sugar. Water and two teaspoonsSimmer the cinnamon for a while. After boiling, strain it and when it cools down, we can drink this mixture - about one liter a day, and keep the excess extract in the refrigerator. And, of course, positive thinking - not giving in to bad moods. I also recommend visiting an energotherapist who will help you recover. What I wish you with all my heart. Regards.
