I have aggressive behavior, I don't know how to deal with it. When someone yells at me, my reaction is the same, but with redoubled strength. I know that when I react aggressively, I hurt my loved ones. They have to look at it. I hurt my girlfriend the most, whom I love very much and I know that she can't stand it anymore. A little reason is enough and I get aggressive and out of control and then regret what I said. I have never hit a woman in my life, but e.g. I grabbed a hand tightly, I don't want it, I don't know if it is a neurosis or something from childhood. Several times a month, it just comes out of nothing. I don't know why this is happening and how should I deal with it?

It is difficult to say on the basis of a few sentences why the Lord is aggressive and what are the reasons for it. There may be a thousand or even a million reasons for this behavior. It may be related to the stress you are currently undergoing, e.g. at work. It may also be related to your childhood, namely, I mean that you experienced violence (including psychological violence) when you were a child. Drugs, alcohol and drug abuse can also cause aggression. Aggressive behavior is also associated with being in a closer relationship with a person addicted to, for example, alcohol. He also suggests blood tests, because sometimes our behaviors are closely related to a disturbed hormonal balance. If nothing comes out of the research that may alarm the doctor, he suggests going to a psychologist to start therapy. Good luck.
