I am 25 years old and have been a regular partner for the last 3 years. I had a problem with early ejaculation from the beginning of intercourse, but I explained it with a lack of experience. Unfortunately, the problem, despite the passage of time, has not been resolved. Some people get depressed because they ejaculate after 3 minutes of intercourse, and I still ejaculate during foreplay. This is a serious problem for both of us. Are there any pharmacological treatments? Are they effective? I've read that certain antidepressants can help. I have already tried the training methods to no avail.

Mr. Marcin! The problem you describe is "disease" like any other. Deficiency of certain biochemical messengers in the body, to put it briefly. For several years, this is how medicine has seen it. Training methods are history and in your case they will not help you. Your problem, that is, according to modern medical nomenclature, "primary premature ejaculation" is only treated pharmacologically. Pretty easy, fast and very effective. However, treatment must be under the supervision of a sexologist, and drugs are available only on prescription. In Lublin, I recommend Dr. Zofia Wieczerzak or Dr. Zbigniew Raj (both gynecologists and sexologists). Regards
