In parsley seed oil we find:

Besides, parsley seed oil is rich in monounsaturated fatty acids (87%), phytosterols, flavonoids, essential oils (apiol, myristicin, limonene).

Parsley seed oil - application

Parsley seed oil can be used, as we already mentioned, both internally and externally. First, let's focus on its consuming benefits. If we decide to drink it, choose a very good quality oil, preferably cold pressed and unrefined.

Use it in a small amount -2 to 3 ml once a day.

Parsley seed oil - internal use:

  • helps fight rheumatic pains - removes s alts and uric acid (it is a diuretic) from the body, which brings relief in joint diseases;
  • has anti-inflammatory properties,
  • bactericidal,
  • improves blood circulation,
  • detoxifies the body, accelerates the excretion of toxins,
  • improves hair condition, reduces hair loss,
  • reduces fever,
  • can accelerate menstruation as it relaxes smooth muscles,
  • has a diuretic effect, which reduces swelling,
  • supports the digestive system, stimulates the secretion of bile,
  • reduces constipation,
  • may be helpful in treating acid reflux,
  • flushes out toxins from the body,
  • may help in the treatment of high blood pressure.

Parsley seed oil - external use:

  • primarily moisturizes,
  • strengthens broken capillaries (in general, capillaries - recommended for the care of couperose skin),
  • soothes inflammation on the skin,
  • when applied to the hair, it strengthens it,
  • evens skin tone,
  • accelerates wound healing,
  • helps in the fight against cellulite.

Parsley seed oil - contraindications
