The tomato diet does not consist in eating only tomatoes, but in skillfully combining them with other products in the right proportions. Tomato diet: recipe for cold soup made of tomatoes, melon and peppers
Ingredients (for 2 servings):
- 250 g of ripe red tomatoes
- half a red pepper
- 1/4 Cantaloupe Melon
- 2 tbsp ground almonds
- half a tablespoon of wine vinegar
- half a clove of garlic
- 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoons of s alt
Preparation method:
1. Scald the tomatoes and peel them. Then cut them into 4 parts, remove the seed pockets and put them in a blender. 2. Peel the melon and cut into small cubes. Then dice half the red pepper. Put both ingredients in a blender. Finally, add the rest of the ingredients: almonds, wine vinegar, garlic, olive oil and s alt. 3. All blend for about a minute at high speed. Pour the prepared mass into bowls and put in the fridge for an hour.
Tomato diet: recipe for tomatoes stuffed with boletus
Ingredients (for 2 servings):
- 2 large tomatoes (can be red, as well as yellow or green)
- half a cup of cooked quinoa (or brown rice)
- 100 g porcini mushrooms
- 25 g grated Parmesan cheese
- tablespoon of olive oil
- 1/4 tablespoons chopped parsley
- half a clove of garlic
- s alt and pepper to taste
Preparation method:
1. Cut the washed tomatoes in half horizontally. Remove the seed nests with a spoon. Sprinkle the cleaned tomato halves with s alt and pepper. 2. Put in a bowl rinsed, drained and cut into smaller piecesboletus. Add cooked quinoa (or rice), grated cheese, olive oil, parsley and pressed garlic. Season with a pinch of s alt and pepper, then mix thoroughly. 3. Place the halves of the tomatoes in an ovenproof dish, fill with the stuffing and press lightly. At the end, sprinkle them with a little cheese, and then put in an oven preheated to 190 degrees C. The tomatoes should be baked for about 20 minutes.
Tomato diet: recipe for frittata with tomatoes, mozzarella and basil
Ingredients (for 4 servings):
- 2 tomatoes
- 4 eggs
- 125 g mozzarella
- 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 clove of garlic
- 3 tablespoons of milk
- sea s alt and ground black pepper
- basil
- chili flakes
Preparation method:
1. Scald the tomatoes and peel them. Then cut into quarters and use a spoon to remove the seeds. Then season with s alt and pepper, drizzle with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. 2. To the eggs beaten in a bowl, add s alt, pepper, garlic pressed through the press, milk, cheese grater with large eyes and a few jagged basil leaves. Mix everything thoroughly. 3. Pour the egg mixture into a frying pan with a non-stick coating and fry for about 2 minutes, then place the tomatoes on it and put in an oven preheated to 190 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes. Sprinkle the finished frittata with chili flakes.
Tomato diet: tomato pudding recipe
Ingredients (for 3-4 servings):
- 250 g raspberry tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 2 eggs
- 30 g semolina
- 30 g olive oil
- 70 ml of low-fat plain yogurt
- 20 g grated Parmesan cheese
- parsley
- s alt
Preparation method:
1. Peel the onion and dice it. Peel the scalded tomatoes, cut them in half and remove the seed cores. Then dice the tomatoes. 2. In a saucepan, heat the olive oil and simmer the onion for about a minute. Then add the tomatoes and mix. Simmer everything, covered for about 10 minutes, and after cooling, mix in a blender. 3. Beat the yolks until foam and add to the resulting mass. Then add the yogurt, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley and a pinch of s alt to taste and mix thoroughly. 4. Beat the egg whites, add it to the mass and, stirring constantly, add the semolina in portions. 5. Put the prepared mass into a special pudding form and cook for about 1.5 hours.
