During the visit, the doctor will assess our he alth by performing a routinevision, hearing, motor, cardiovascular and nervous system checks . In addition, he will check if there are any other ailments and chronic diseases, e.g.obstructive sleep apnea, kidney failure, diabetes or symptoms of alcohol dependence . The doctor must also assess our mental he alth.
The next step iscompleting and signing a detailed he alth questionnaire.Additionally, we are required to submit a statement that in the event of epilepsy, seizures or hypoglycaemia (hypoglycaemia), we will reapply for a medical examination! During this visit, it may turn out that additional diagnostics or assessment of the severity of disease symptoms is needed. Then we will be referred for a consultation to a specialist doctor or psychologist.
Diseases excluding driving license: what are the exact contraindications?
The list of contraindications for obtaining a driving licensediffers depending on the group of drivers.The first group consists of people who have obtained the license to drive vehicles of categories A, A1, A2, AM, B, B1 and BE. In turn, to the second groupincludes drivers of vehicles of categories C, CE, C1, C1E, D, D1, DE and D1E.
Vision-Exempt Diseases
Having the correct driver's visual acuity isextremely important when driving . Partial or total hearing lossis not contraindicatedfor driving group 1 vehicles. However, it may prevent drivers from group 2 from obtaining a driving license. whisperin an ear that can hear better at least 1 m away (if necessary, with a hearing aid or cochlear implant).
Diseases excluding driving license related to the locomotor system
A locomotor dysfunction found in candidatemay preclude you from applying for a driving license . The doctor must assess whether it poses a risk to the future driver and other road users. If this dysfunction is dangerous, the candidate applying for a driving license will be disqualified.

- has not consumed alcoholic beverages for at least a year ,
- is under the therapist's constant supervision.
