I am a vegetarian, 4 months ago I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism. Since then, I have given up eating some products (e.g. soybeans, broccoli, cauliflower). I also take the thyroid hormone euthyrox, I have recently gained 3 kg, so I have to switch to a low calorie diet. What should I pay attention to when dieting to provide my body with all the necessary nutrients?

First of all, please make sure you have enough protein. It can come from eggs, fish, lentils, chickpeas, cottage cheese.

You should pay attention to the fiber from whole grain products and enrich your diet with sesame seeds, flax seeds, pumpkin sunflower seeds, and nuts (only in small amounts because they are high in calories).
